Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Educational use only — not medical advice
Titrate is a study and exam-preparation tool. Its content and AI-generated feedback are for education only, are not medical advice, and must not be used to diagnose or treat any patient. Always rely on primary sources and your own clinical judgment.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee any exam result. AI grading can be imperfect and may occasionally score an answer incorrectly. Use feedback as study guidance, not a definitive assessment.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of your profile. Do not enter real patient-identifying information into your answers.
4. Subscriptions (when enabled)
Paid plans are billed through the App Store and auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store settings. Pricing and plan limits are shown in the app. A subscription is for individual use and is not shared through Family Sharing; each person needs their own subscription. Refunds are handled under the App Store's standard policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to extract source materials, reverse-engineer the grader, scrape the question bank, or otherwise misuse the service. We may suspend accounts for abuse.
6. Intellectual property
Titrate and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the answers you write.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titrate is provided "as is," and we are not liable for exam outcomes, clinical decisions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Questions: use the contact form on titrateapp.net, or the support option in the app.
